Second Bundesliga side FC St. Pauli named OKE GÖTTLICH its new president. The 38-year-old received 831 of the possible 1,064 votes at the club's annual general meeting. Göttlich replaces STEFAN ORTH (St. Pauli). ... The German Tennis Federation (DTB) has elected ULRICH KLAUS as its new president. The 64-year-old replaces KARL-GEORG ALTENBURG (DTB). ... Argentine first division side Vélez Sarsfield announced that RAÚL GÁMEZ won its presidential election and will lead the club for a third term. Gámez received more than 65% of the votes to defeat OSVALDO SEGADE (CLARIN, 11/15). ... Sports broadcast and digital media services firm deltatre announced that PAUL BRISTOW will be stepping down from his roles as COO of deltatre group and managing director of deltatre Media to pursue new opportunities. He will remain with the company in a non-exec capacity as a shareholder and board member of deltatre Media. Current co-COO GIUSEPPE CAPELLA will become COO of deltatre group (deltatre). ... IOC member C.K. WU has been unanimously re-elected for another four-year term as president of the Int'l Boxing Association (AIBA) (EXAMINER, 11/14). ... Austrian top flight football side Rapid Vienna has named RAPHAEL LANDTHALER to the newly created position of financial director. Landthaler "will start his new position on Jan. 1." The business consultant "has been working for the club in a freelance capacity since '10 (KURIER, 11/15).

COACHES/MANAGERS: Former Man City Manager ROBERTO MANCINI "has returned for a second spell in charge" of Inter Milan following the sacking of WALTER MAZZARRI. Mancini previously managed Inter from '04-08. Mazzarri's dismissal "comes after 17 months in charge at San Siro" (London GUARDIAN, 11/14). ... League Championship side Wigan Athletic announced it has sacked manager UWE ROSLER after it "slipped into" the relegation zone (London INDEPENDENT, 11/13). ... Serbia men's national football coach DICK ADVOCAAT resigned on Saturday "following the team's 3-1 defeat against Denmark." The Serbian Football Federation said in a statement that he "decided to leave the post because he felt there was nothing he could do to improve the team's performance and self-confidence" (AP, 11/15). ... Major League Soccer club Philadelphia United announced that RENÉ MEULENSTEEN has joined the club as a consultant. He spent 12 seasons with ManU and will now advise Union on football operations. Meulensteen managed EPL Fulham in '13-14 and previously worked under former ManU Manager ALEX FERGUSON (TRIBAL FOOTBALL, 11/14).
