Second Bundesliga Side FC Nuremberg Reports Small Profit For '13-14 Fiscal Year

Second Bundesliga club FC Nuremberg "reported a small profit for the '13-14 fiscal year," according to the DPA. The club made a profit of €409,000 during the '13-14 season, which "was its last in the top-flight Bundesliga." Nuremberg CFO Ralf Woy said, "We aren't very satisfied with the result, but satisfied." The club also reported revenue of €64.4M for the previous year. Nuremberg's expenditures rose drastically to €64M over the same period (DPA, 9/30).

DARMSTADT: Second Bundesliga side SV Darmstadt generated revenue of about €6.6M during the '13-14 season. The club also reported a loss of €56,200 during its promotional season in the 3rd League. For the upcoming fiscal year, the club expects to generate a profit of more than €200,000 ($252,000) (DPA, 10/1).
