More Than 1 Million Watch 2nd Bundesliga Game On Sport1; Sky Attracts 200K Viewers

German sports channel Sport1 and pay-TV operator Sky Deutschland "recorded above average ratings for their broadcasts of Monday night's 2nd Bundesliga game matchup," according to Laura Artinger of QUOTENMETER. The game between Kaiserslautern and Nuremberg was watched by 1.08 million viewers on Sport1 starting at 8:45pm. In the target demographic 14-49, the game attracted 350,000 viewers. The game's market share was 3.5% along with 3% in the target demographic. Sky's broadcast of the game obtained a market share of 0.7% as 200,000 viewers tuned in. In the target demographic, Nuremberg's 3-2 win had a market share of 1% (QUOTENMETER, 9/30).
