Marketplace Roundup: Red Bull Salzburg Enters Cooperation With Agency Sporteo

Austrian top flight football team Red Bull Salzburg has entered a cooperation with sports marketing agency sporteo. The agency will offer exclusive sponsorship packages. Those packages will include hospitality along with ad space on LED boards during UEFA Europa League matches (sporteo). ... Man City will wear a new Nike away kit in Cup matches this season, featuring tones of purple. The new kit is inspired by designs Man City wore in the early '90s and as recently as the '07-08 season (Man City). ... Chelsea teamed up with William Lawson's as its new official whiskey partner. William Lawson's logo will appear on exclusive co-branded products (Chelsea).

FOR THE KIDS: ManU agreed to a partnership with the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan and Bakcell to help develop grassroots football in the country. In a first for the club, the AFFA will become its only official football federation and football development partner. ManU sponsor Bakcell will collaborate to promote and develop youth football in Azerbaijan (ManU). ... The FA of Malawi has signed a three-year technical partnership with Umbro to be the official sponsor for the national football team (FAW).

A NEW LOOK: The Ladies European Tour and LPGA jointly unveiled the new official Solheim Cup logo ahead of the matches at Golf Club St. Leon-Rot, near Heidelberg, Germany, on Sept. 18-20, 2015. This is the first time in the event’s 24-year history that a new logo has been introduced, with the cup flanked by the European and U.S. flags to express the event's trans-Atlantic rivalry (LPGA). ... Samsung Electronics Levant has teamed up with the Jordan Olympic Committee to sponsor the Jordanian team competing at the 17th Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea, from Friday until Oct. 4 . Through this cooperation, five athletes have been selected as the "faces" for Team Jordan and Samsung Electronics Levant as "Team Samsung," due to their previous achievements and potential for winning medals at the Games (Samsung).
