Mexican Baseball League (LMB) club Diablos Rojos President Alfredo Harp Helú announced that the team's new stadium will be located in Mexico City's Magdalena Mixiuhca complex and will be ready for the '16 season, according to Hugo Valenzuela of EL ECONOMISTA. Harp Helú said that the club will play its games "at an alternative venue" in '15, but did not specify where. One possibility for the '15 season is the Fray Nano stadium, "to which adaptations would be made to welcome Diablos fans." Harp Helú ruled out the team playing outside Mexico City. He said, "It will be a site where fans can have all the commodities that they need to attend Diablos games, like transportation and highway access, as well as space for parking and other services" (EL ECONOMISTA, 8/3).
