Bowker is a former group CEO of National Express, chairman and CEO of Strategic Rail Authority, vice chairman of British Waterways and group commercial director of Virgin (Super League). ... Australian Football League Coaches' Association CEO DANNY FRAWLEY "has stepped down," saying that "he was unable to commit to the growing demands of the job." Silberwasser replaces EMILIANO ROMANO atop the Spanish-language broadcaster. He "will have overall responsibility for the Telemundo broadcast network and Telemundo Studios." He will start in August (BROADCASTING & CABLE, 5/13). ... La Liga side Malaga coach BERND SCHUSTER's "contract with the club is over."
