Bundesliga Side FC Augsburg Increases Ticket Prices For '14-15 Campaign

Bundesliga club FC Augsburg "will raise ticket prices for the '14-15 campaign," according to Herbert Schmoll of the AUGSBURGER ALLGEMEINE. Augsburg Managing Dir Peter Bircks said that the price increases "will be moderate." Standing-room tickets will cost €14 ($19.50) next season, instead of €13 ($18) this year. Season tickets in the standing room sections will increase from €189 ($262) to €199 ($276). Regular single-game and season tickets "will remain unchanged." In addition to tickets, the club "will raise prices for parking." A season-parking pass will increase from €79 ($110) to €149 ($207), and daily parking will be €10 ($14) instead of €5 ($7). Bircks: "There's no way around those increases" (AUGSBURGER ALLGEMEINE, 5/3).
