La Liga Valencia Expecting To Make Close To $1.1B From Hosting Copa Del Rey Final

Sources "involved in the organization" of Wednesday's Copa del Rey final between Real Madrid and Barcelona, which will take place at La Liga Valencia's Mestalla stadium, said that Valencia will make approximately €800,000 ($1.1B) from hosting the match, according to the EFE. Valencia will receive 20% of the match's revenue from ticket sales, 2% of advertising revenue and 1.5% of the revenue from broadcast rights for the match, which will air in 166 countries (EFE, 4/14).
