German pay-TV operator Sky Deutschland has lost its Customer Group Exec VP MARCELLO MAGGIONI after five years. Maggioni, who joined Sky Deutschland in '08 from Sky Italia, "was in charge of the network's marketing." Sky "has not yet named a replacement for Maggioni." Media reports suggest that Maggioni "will join Vodafone" (QUOTENMETER, 11/15). ... The German Athletics Association (DLV) "has with a large majority re-elected" President CLEMENS PROKOP for another four years in the position. The 56-year-old "received 172 of the 182 votes at the organization's 46th meeting on Saturday." Prokop "has been the DLV's president since '01" (DPA, 11/16). ... LINDA TURNER has become the first British woman to be appointed to the role of int'l technical official (ITO) by the Int'l Association of Athletics Federations. Turner will hold the position through '17 and joins CHRIS COHEN, who has been an ITO since '09 (British Athletics).
