Spanish Second Division Side Córdoba To Reward Big Crowds By Lowering Ticket Prices

Spanish second division side Córdoba is "reviewing the topics of stadium attendance and ticket prices," according to AS. This is "because the prices are too high and the attendance is very poor." Córdoba "wants to change this tendency," and is starting a promotion titled, "Los precios los pones tú" ("You set the prices"). The club is proposing "that if more fans attend games, ticket prices will be lower." The club's ticket prices currently cost €15, €10 or €6 ($20, $14 or $8). According to a graphic Córdoba has released, if its El Arcángel stadium, which has a capacity of 21,822, has 18,501 or more fans at a game, "ticket prices for the following game will be reduced" by €2 ($2.70) (AS, 11/18).
