La Liga side Osasuna has hired Spanish coach JAVI GRACIA as its replacement for recently fired coach JOSÉ LUIS MENDILIBAR. Gracia recently helped Almeria earn promotion from the Spanish second division to La Liga (EL PAIS, 9/4). ... Liga MX side Pachuca hired ENRIQUE MEZA to replace GABRIEL CABALLERO as head coach. Pachuca is currently in 11th place in Liga MX with a record of 2-3-3 (LA AFICION, 9/4). ... Liga MX side Atlante announced that it has hired Uruguayan coach RUBÉN ISRAEL to replace WILSON GRANIOLATTI as the last-place team's head coach (LA AFICION, 9/3). ... Scottish Premiership Celtic CEO PETER LAWWELL has been "appointed to the main board" of the Scottish FA. Lawwell joins SFA CEO STEWART REGAN, President CAMBELL OGILVIE, VP ALAN MCRAE and Second VP ROD PETRIE on the board with Independent Non-Exec Dir BARRIE JACKSON (HERALD SCOTLAND, 9/4).
