Marketplace Roundup: Bayer Leverkusen Extends Sponsorship Deals With DEVK, Total

Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen has extended its partnership with insurance company DEVK for another two seasons until June 30, 2015. The deal includes ad space on boards in camera view and cam carpets in the BayArena. In addition, the company will receive several hospitality packages. Bayer Leverkusen also extended its sponsorship deal with oil and gas company Total for another season until June 30. The company will continue to receive ad space on boards and a suite at the BayArena (Bayer Leverkusen). ... Bundesliga side Schalke 04 has signed a new partnership deal with technology retailer preisboerse24 until '15. The company will receive ad space on LED boards as well as marketing opportunities surrounding Schalke's social media (Schalke 04). ... Bundesliga club Hertha BSC Berlin and kit supplier Nike have extended their current deal, which was set to expire in '15, until '25. The sportswear maker has been the club's official kit supplier since '99. The club also introduced a new e-payment system at Saturday's home game against Eintrach Frankfurt. BERLIN|cash enables fans to pay with rechargeable cards inside the Berlin Olympic Stadium (Hertha BSC). ... Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) club Riesen Ludwigsburg has signed a three year naming rights deal with MHP, a subsidiary of Porsche Company. The basketball club will be compete as MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg for the next three seasons (Riesen Ludwigsburg). ... Wolf Blass will be Leinster Rugby's official wine partner from the beginning of the '13-14 season in a three-year deal (Wolf Blass).
