Bubka became the sixth, "and likely final, contender" (AP, 5/28). ... Int'l Cycling Union President PAT MCQUAID and Bubka were "both re-elected" to the Association of Summer Olympic Int'l Fedrations Council while Int'l Boxing Association President C.K.
