Argentine Football Club Chair Daniel Angelici Will Protest Playing Late Games

Argentine football club Boca Juniors Chair Daniel Angelici made "strong statements to protest Boca playing next weekend against Newell's at 9:30pm local time," according to CLARIN. Angelici said that Tuesday, he will make a suggestion in the Argentine FA against the decision made by Football For All regarding Buenos Aires clubs Boca and River. Via Football For All, the Argentine government decided that Boca and River will alternate playing every Saturday at 9:30pm. Angelici: "Boca does not agree with this schedule. It seems to us that playing at 9:30 has no consideration for the people that are going to see the game. When the game ends, there are no subways or trains. We are a popular club and our fans cannot arrive at their houses at 3, 4 or 5 in the morning" (CLARIN, 5/20).
