The National Olympic Committee of Rwanda has elected ROBERT BAYIGAMBA as its president. Bayigamba, who played 10 years for the national volleyball team, has been consecutively president of the Rwanda volleyball federation, VP of the RNOC and minister of youth and sport. Bayigamba succeeds Brig. Gen. CHARLES RUDAKUBANA, who was leading the organization since '09 (RNOC).
