Communications Group Mediapro, Broadcaster RTVE Agree To Deal For La Liga B Rights

Spanish state-owned broadcaster RTVE has acquired some La Liga B rights from communications group Mediapro, according to EUROPA PRESS. Mediapro, which owns the rights to "the majority of Spanish football," has agreed to give RTVE the rights to two La Liga B games per week this season along with a highlights show for both La Liga and La Liga B. RTVE will air the matches through its channel Teledeporte starting this week with the Santander-Mirandés clash on Saturday and the Xerez-Sabadell game on Sunday (EUROPA PRESS, 2/21).
