Singapore Sports Hub Appoints Germany's T-Systems As Strategic Partner

The Singapore Sports Hub has appointed German IT services and consulting company T-Systems as its strategic partner to "build, manage and operate" its information and communication technology services for 21 years, according to TODAY. The value of the contract is S$94M ($77M). T-Systems, which is part of Deutsche Telekom, will be responsible for the Singapore Sports Hub's Business Information Systems, "which comprises ERP, CRM Access Control, Consumer Portal, Event Management and the Active Networking within the sports facility." Sports Hub CEO Philippe Collin Delavaud said: "This will support our unique cluster development of integrated world-class sports, entertainment, and community facilities within the city and the nation's goal to set a new standard in creating a sports and lifestyle destination for Singapore" (TODAY, 1/10).
