He will become vice chairman, alongside AIYAWATT RAKSRIAKSORN and the board, after the move was ratified by the league. He will presume his role on Dec. 1 (Leicester City). ... France top 14 Perpignan President PAUL GOZE was elected as head of the National Rugby League (LNR) for the next four years (LE PARISIEN, 11/16). ... Liverpool Dir of Communications JEN CHANG has left his post by way of "mutual consent." Chang, who was appointed in May, was recently "involved in a controversial meeting in Manchester with SEAN CUMMINS," a Liverpool fan behind the parody Duncan Jenkins Twitter account that claimed to have inside knowledge of the club (London GUARDIAN, 11/16).
