League Notes: Additional 18,000 Soldiers To Provide 2014 World Cup Security

Brazil's Armed Forces Chief of Joint Staff José Carlos De Nardi revealed that "in addition to local police forces more than 18,000 soldiers will provide security during the 2014 World Cup."
