Venues, Pools, Dates Announced For 2013 World Baseball Classic

World Baseball Classic announced the int'l venues, pools, format and dates for the 2013 World Baseball Classic, which will begin play on March 2. Japan will be home to first and second round pools in '13. Taichung, Taiwan will make its debut as a host city for the games, holding contests at Intercontinental Stadium. San Juan, Puerto Rico will host the tournament's games for the third consecutive time at Hiram Bithorn Stadium Chase Field and Salt River Fields at Talking Stick in Arizona will host the teams in Pool D from March 7-10. San Francisco's AT&T Park will host the semifinals and final of the 2013 World Baseball Classic from March 17-19 (2013 World Baseball Classic). The complete schedule
