Barcelona Renovates Tunnels At Camp Nou Stadium

During the summer, Barcelona's Camp Nou stadium underwent a series of renovation projects including improvements to the Camp Nou tunnel that leads from the dressing rooms to the field. The tunnel was remodeled to highlight the club's history and identity. The main walkway that leads the players to the pitch looks completely different. The old dark walls are now illuminated and feature giant photos of the Camp Nou faithful, the FC Barcelona crest, the famous "Més que un Club" slogan and portraits of the first team players. The tunnel also pays homage to the four Barça sides that have won the Champions League with pictures of each one holding the European trophy. The opposing team and referee tunnels have also been updated. The most notable difference is a giant banner that reads "Welcome" in Catalan, Spanish and English with a full Camp Nou as a back drop (FC Barcelona).
