Nuremberg-based German Hockey League (DEL) club Thomas Sabo Ice Tigers agreed to a two-year partnership with automaker Mercedes-Benz. Mercedes, which is now the official car partner of the DEL club, handed over 24 brand-new vehicles of its B-Class to the team (Ice Tigers).
SHIRT SPONSORSHIP: German third division hockey club Lions Frankfurt revealed its new shirt sponsorship deal with paper recycling company WEKO. The logo of last season's exclusive partner will move form collar and shorts to the player's chest during the '12-13 campaign (Lions Frankfurt).
