Red Bull Salzburg have appointed Frenchman GERARD HOULLIER as Global Soccer Dir and former Schalke 04 coach RALF RANGNICK as Sports Dir. Rangnick "will also be in charge of development at sister club RB Leipzig" in Germany (REUTERS, 6/24). ... JMI appointented RBS Head of Group Brand & Marketing DAVID WEBB to Int'l President as the company moves to a more geographic structure. Webb will be responsible for JMI's Int'l division, which covers JMI's client services, business development and activities outside the Americas. Webb will join JMI in September. HE will be based at the agency's London offices (JMI). ...
