Paul George Debuts New Playstation-Themed Nike Shoes

Thunder F Paul George "showed off" the new Nike PG-2 PlayStation colorway yesterday against the Cavaliers in Cleveland. The new signature shoes have George's logo and the PlayStation logo on the tongues -- and they "light up, in the same way the video game console lights up when you turn it on." The colors are "inspired by the colors of the game controllers" (USATODAY.com, 1/20). The new shoes were created by Nike Footwear Designer Tony Hardman and come "after the success of George's first model, the Nike PG1" (SI.com, 1/20). George's shoe is the newest in Nike's signature line and is "also slotted as the least expensive, just north of $100" (ESPN.com, 1/20).
