Texas A&M Univ. "isn't wasting any time marketing itself" after QB
Johnny Manziel's Heisman Trophy victory. The school will "toast the latest Heisman winner with a billboard in the heart of Times Square" in N.Y., and also "bought full-page ads" to run in tomorrow's editions of the N.Y. Times and USA Today.
