Collegiate Licensing Co. Becoming IMG College Licensing In Rebrand

WME-IMG is rebranding Collegiate Licensing Co., the 35-year-old business that pioneered college licensing, to its new name – IMG College Licensing. Cory Moss, Managing Dir of the licensing agency, made the announcement yesterday to IMG College Licensing partners and clients in Nashville at the company’s annual seminar. A formal announcement on the name change is expected Monday. Moss, who joined CLC in '95, will continue to lead IMG College Licensing. CLC was founded in '82 by Bill Battle, who sold it to IMG in May '07. The Atlanta-based agency represents close to 200 schools, conferences and college properties.
