Jon Heidtke's Impending Exit Leads To Fox Sports Reshuffling

Jon Heidtke’s decision to leave FS Southwest at the end of the month has set in motion a game of musical chairs at Fox Sports’ RSNs. FS West and Prime Ticket GM Steve Simpson will replace Heidtke as Senior VP & GM at FS Southwest, a move that will lead to FS San Diego GM Henry Ford taking over as Senior VP & GM overseeing Fox’ San Diego- and L.A.-based RSNs. Fox promoted Lindsay Amstutz to Assistant GM of FS West and FS San Diego. She had been a VP/Marketing for Fox Sports’ RSNs. FS Southwest holds the rights to the Rangers, Mavericks, Stars, Spurs, Thunder and Pelicans. Fox’ San Diego and L.A. RSNs hold the rights to the Angels, Clippers, Kings, Ducks and Padres.
