Snickers Signs With WWE As WrestleMania 32 Presenting Sponsor

Snickers has signed on as presenting sponsor of WrestleMania 32 at AT&T Stadium on April 3. Under the deal, Mars' top-selling candy brand will integrate WWE talent with Snickers’ six year-old “You’re Not You When You're Hungry" campaign, created by BBDO, N.Y., with digital content extensions on WWE.com, YouTube, social media and WWE’s OTT net. There will also be a Snickers presence at WWE events, including WrestleMania, and Snickers will sponsor an autograph stage at the WWE FanFest in Dallas during the days leading up WrestleMania. The last WrestleMania presenting sponsor was Slim Jim in '10.

An associated "Hungry for Mania" digital sweepstakes will offer a trip for two to WrestleMania as top prize. Retail activation will include programs at Wal-Mart and Kroger, said Snickers Senior Brand Dir Allison Miazga-Bedrick. Snickers has been a WWE TV advertiser for a decade. "They're a leading advertiser in sports and entertainment, so we're excited that they see value in the power and reach of WrestleMania," said WWE Exec VP/Global Sales & Partnerships John Brody.
