Elway Dedicates Broncos' Super Bowl 50 Win To Owner Bowlen

The Broncos last night won their third Super Bowl with a 24-10 victory over the Panthers, and Broncos Exec VP/Football Operations & GM John Elway dedicated the championship to team Owner Pat Bowlen. Elway, while on stage accepting the Lombardi Trophy, said, "He would not want me to say this, but this one's for Pat." Bowlen was unable to attend the game (N.Y. DAILY NEWS, 2/8).

Peyton Manning appeared on all three network morning shows today, telling CBS, “I’ve done all those things: I’ve done a lot of kissing with my kids and Ashley and I’ve had a few Budweisers. And it’s been a special night” (“CBS This Morning,” 2/8). Manning in his postgame interview with CBS' Tracy Wolfson last night said, "I'm gonna drink a lot of Budweiser tonight" ("Super Bowl 50," CBS, 2/7).
