NFL Owners To Meet As Plans For L.A. Relocation Remain Uncertain

NFL owners meet today in Dallas amid great uncertainty over which team or teams will move to L.A. next year, if any. Giants President & CEO John Mara and Chiefs Chair & CEO Clark Hunt, members of the owners' L.A. committee, each said they hoped a special January meeting would occur to resolve the relocation conundrum. But each added such a meeting is not certain. Hunt said the six-owner L.A. committee may not even make a recommendation on one of the two competing stadium proposals, an action many had presumed would help tilt the field toward one project.

Owners today will hear from league staff on prospects for new stadiums in each of the three teams' markets.
