Panini Signs Several Top NBA Draft Prospects To Trading Card Deals

In preparation for tonight’s NBA Draft, Panini has signed a bevy of projected top picks, including Karl-Anthony Towns, Jahlil Okafor, D’Angelo Russell, Emmanuel Mudiay and Jerian Grant. In addition to the exclusive rights to produce autographed NBA trading cards, the deals also involve autograph trading cards for Panini collegiate products, packaging rights and other marketing rights, including social media activation.

The rookies will appear in Panini’s '15-16 NBA products, including its first NBA product – Hoops, which will be at mass retail and hobby stores in October. Rookies also will appear in Panini’s first collegiate basketball product, also slated for an October release. Digital trading cards of each player will be released on Twitter and Instagram as they are drafted tonight.
