"The design is very nice: the color. We'll see. We've got to play with it first, but I think it'll be fine. It looks good, so I think it's a good idea by the NBA" – Magic C Nik Vucevic, on the sleeved jerseys his team will debut tonight at home against the Warriors (ORLANDO SENTINEL, 11/26).

"In contrast to others who just do it via the media, I rang up Mr. Blatter personally recently and asked him to resign. I can't be accused of holding myself back on this issue" – German Football League President Reinhard Rauball, on advocating for the resignation of FIFA President Sepp Blatter (GUARDIAN.co.uk, 11/25).

"I love ESPN but when they told me that game was being moved back 15 minutes, something's wrong. We have a whole bunch of guys with 8:00 and 9:00 classes tomorrow morning and we moved that game to 10:15 so that a football game could be finished" – Michigan men's basketball coach John Beilein, on last night's game against Villanova being moved back to accommodate the end of the Ohio-Miami (OH) game on ESPN2 (DETROIT NEWS, 11/26).

"It will be bittersweet. ... There'll probably be a little sadness and some emotion tied into it; a sense of accomplishment and pride that I've been part [of] turning around this league along with the board of governors" – CFL Commissioner Mark Cohon, on his impending retirement (Vancouver PROVINCE, 11/26).
