Foot Locker Sees Company's Net Income, Sales Rise In Q3

Foot Locker this morning reported net income of $120M for the company’s Q3 ending Nov. 1, up 17% from $104M during the same period last year. Q3 comparable-store sales also increased 7%. Total Q3 sales increased 7% to $1.731M, compared with $1.622M last year (Foot Locker). The company also recorded a $1M charge “related to its acquisition of Runners Point Group” (WSJ.com, 11/21). The company's stock price is seeing a 2.7% increase in pre-market trading after closing on Thursday at $57.00 a share (THE DAILY).
