Roc Nation Sports Expected To Hire Panthers' Michael Yormark

Roc Nation Sports today is expected to name Michael Yormark to a "major executive position," according to an industry source. Yormark will lead the business side of the agency owned by Jay Z, but will not be involved in the recruitment of players. His start date is yet to be determined. Yormark, the twin brother of Nets and Barclays Center CEO Brett Yormark, has been with the NHL Panthers for 11 years, most recently as Sunrise Sports & Entertainment President & CEO. He oversaw the team’s recent ownership transition to Vinnie Viola.

TNT’s Stan Van Gundy, ESPN’s Tim Reed, NBA Playoffs and NFL Draft

On this week’s pod, SBJ’s Austin Karp has two Big Get interviews. The first is with TNT’s Stan Van Gundy as he breaks down the NBA Playoffs from the booth.
