World Series Of Poker's '13 Tournament To Feature Record 62 Events

The World Series Of Poker yesterday released the schedule for its 44th annual tournament, in which a record 62 events will award championship bracelets and five events will "have the potential for multimillion-dollar awards." The WSOP will run May 29-July 15 at the Rio and will "take over nearly all of the resort's convention center with 480 poker tables spread throughout three ballrooms." The Big One for One Drop "won't be held in 2013 but will be replaced by two One Drop events" (LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL, 2/15).
