Golf Channel Rolls Out New Studio Set For "Morning Drive"

Golf Channel this morning unveiled a new studio set for “Morning Drive,” with Golf Channel’s Gary Williams noting, “Because of the acceptance we’ve received from people who care about the game of golf, today we move into our new home seven days a week, all year long.” Williams added, “We are very fortunate to have the real estate we have and coming off the weekend that we just witnessed on the PGA Tour, this is a good place to start.”

Golf Channel’s Damon Hack said the new studio was “great place to be, the first day of the rest of our lives.” Golf Channel’s Charlie Rymer: “This new studio is so beautiful I’m afraid to touch anything. Hopefully, we’ll do a better job keeping the lights on here than they did at the Superdome last night” (“Morning Drive,” Golf Channel, 2/4).
