Chargers Avoid Blackout For Sunday's Season Finale Against Raiders

The Chargers sold enough tickets for Sunday's season finale against the Raiders "for the game to be locally televised." It is the first time since Nov. 1 the Chargers have "avoided a blackout, snapping a streak of three straight." The Chargers last season averaged a 30.2 local rating, but recent games has "dropped the season average to 27.6." The last time a Raiders-Chargers game was blacked out was '77 (SAN DIEGO UNION-TRIBUNE, 12/26).
