CBS Sports Network To Carry Extended Super Bowl Postgame Show

CBS today will announce that CBS Sports Network will offer extended coverage around the Feb. 3 Super Bowl XLVII telecast. After the broadcast network's postgame coverage, CBS will direct viewers to the cable channel "for a show scheduled to last at least an hour." Getting a "small fraction" of the Super Bowl viewership would be "a huge hit" for CBSSN. The channel, which "didn't air anything from on-site" when CBS last had the Super Bowl, will have "50 hours from New Orleans" (USA TODAY, 12/10).
