MLB owners today begin a two-day quarterly owners' meeting in Denver, with the agenda led by the pending sale of the Padres from John Moores to a group including former Dodgers Owner Peter O'Malley, several O'Malley family members, minority Owner Ron Fowler and golfer Phil Mickelson.
