NFL Network, ESPN Set For Coverage Of Schedule Release

The NFL will release its '12 regular-season schedule tonight, with the initial release appearing exclusively on NFL Network and NFL.com starting at 7:00pm ET. NFL Net will feature a three-hour special with host Rich Eisen and analysts Marshall Faulk, Michael Irvin, Kurt Warner and Steve Mariucci. ESPN counters with its own three-hour special in the same time slot hosted by Trey Wingo. The telecast also will include Merril Hoge, Mark Schlereth, Mike Tirico, Ron Jaworski and several NFL players (THE DAILY).

The Rock Hill Herald's Darin Gantt wrote on his Twitter feed, "There's saturation. There's overkill. There's carpet-bombing. Then this. RT @AdamSchefter: 3-hour NFL Schedule Release Special on ESPN, 7pm."
