Golf Channel Ups Live Coverage For North American LPGA Events

Golf Channel's '12 LPGA TV schedule starts today with the ISPS Handa Women's Australian Open. Nearly 90% of the LPGA tournaments in North America airing on the net in '12 will be shown live, including 100% of weekend rounds at North American events. The schedule also will feature 22% more original telecasts than in '11 and 40 additional hours of coverage due to the new events. Golf Channel will carry a majority of the North American tournaments in '12 in HD (Golf Channel).
