Landmark Sports Agency Signs NBA Draft Prospect Derrick Williams

The Landmark Sports Agency, owned by Rob Pelinka, best known as agent to Kobe Bryant, has signed Univ. of Arizona F Derrick Williams, seen as one of the top picks in this year's NBA draft, for representation. "We are honored to be working with Derrick and his family," Pelinka said in a statement to SportsBusiness Journal.
He added, "Derrick has a unique and compelling life story that includes being somewhat overlooked as a young teenaged basketball player. Through incredible dedication, focus and hard work, Derrick has risen to the very top of his peer group of players. That is a road traveled that everyone can be inspired by. And we all strongly feel that the best is yet to come for Derrick."
