A UCLA medical official has now been charged withmaking money off cadavers, or as Anna Nicole Smith calls that, marriage.... According to the Centers forDisease Control, by next year obesity will be the nation’s number one killerand if you don’t believe that, just watch ‘The Sopranos.’  Every week an obese person kills somebody onthat show.  They say 65% of Americansweigh too much.  We are turning into anation of Clinton girlfriends. ... Paris Hilton is in finalnegotiations now to join the cast of a horror movie, ‘House of Wax,’ for WarnerBros.  How tough was it for the castingdirector to keep a straight face when he said, ‘Do you have any video ofyourself?’” ("The Tonight Show," NBC, 3/11).

LATE NIGHT LAUGHS:

ComedyCentral’s Jon Stewart: “We are going to talk first about this MSNBCsituation that we spoke about the other night. I mentioned that Bishop Desmond Tutu was hopefully going to be aguest on the program, MSNBC’s ‘Hardball’ show wouldn’t allow him to join usbefore he went on their program thus playing – hardball – with ourprogram.  But, last night apparently onthe MSNBC ‘Hardball’ show they said, ‘It’s OK. Mr. Tutu, Bishop Tutu may do‘The Daily Show.’  I say to MSNBC’s‘Hardball’ right now: I don’t want your sloppy seconds.  Bishop Desmond Tutu is not a joint to bepassed around at one of your MSNBC pot parties. … I didn’t see the MSNBC‘Hardball’ show last night where they discussed it.  I tried to tape it.  MyTiVo, my DVR, tried to record it but it wouldn’t do it, not because of atechnical malfunction, it refused on moral grounds” (“The Daily Show,”Comedy Central, 3/11).
