Overnight Ratings: Tiger Woods' Return Again Boosts Figure For Hero World Challenge

NBC yesterday drew a 1.4 overnight for the final round of the Hero World Challenge, which featured Tiger Woods' return to competitive golf for the first time since February. Rickie Fowler won the event. That figure is up from a 1.1 overnight rating for the final round last year, which saw the return of Woods to competitive golf for the first time since August ’15. The '15 event drew a 0.7 overnight for Bubba Watson’s win, while '14 drew a 0.8 for Jordan Spieth’s, when Woods did not play.
