SERENA WILLIAMS has "listed a vacant 2.4-acre lot" in a private Jupiter, Fla., golf club for $6.5M. Williams bought the plot of land at The Bear's Club for $4.12M in '14. PROTECTING THE PAINT: WNBA L.A. Sparks F CANDACE PARKER and her husband, former NBAer SHELDEN WILLIAMS, have put their home in Encino, Calif., "back on the market" for $4.39M. Set on 1.38 acres, the 7,058-square-foot Spanish estate comes "complete with a two-story entry, expansive lawn and basketball court" (LATIMES.com, 11/15)....Xavier men's basketball coach CHRIS MACK has sold his home in Crestview Hills, Ky., for $1.04M. The 7,000-square-foot house in the Summit Lakes neighborhood "features a full-size indoor pool with its own desert-air heating system that's visible from the family room." Mack in August bought a $1.9M home in the Villa Hills neighborhood. The house was "listed as having five bedrooms and seven bathrooms" and "sits on a 1.8-acre lot."
