Buyers & Sellers: Former NBAer David Lee Lists Hollywood Condominium For $22.5M

Free agent NBAer DAVID LEE is listing his three-unit condominium at the Sierra Towers in West Hollywood for sale at $22.5M. Lee purchased the property in early March and has "spent the last six months reworking the footprint of the home to maximize city to ocean views." Lee has "finalized plans and permits for a new open-plan layout that takes full advantage of the unit's floor-to-ceiling windows." The project would feature "three bedrooms" in about 5,100 square feet of interior space (LATIMES.com, 10/20).

BUYERS & SELLERS: Gold Medal-winning U.S. skier LINDSEY VONN has put her L.A. home on the market for $3.795M. The home includes a "living room with a wall fireplace, a custom Milton kitchen and a dining area." A front-facing terrace "creates an additional 400 square feet of living space and holds a fire pit." The master suite, one of four bedrooms and 3.75 bathrooms, "has a private balcony" (LATIMES.com, 10/21)....Former MLBer SKIP SCHUMAKER has sold his home in Ladera Ranch, Calif., for $2.2M. The five-bedroom estate comes "equipped with a batting cage" and a "basketball half-court." The 4,700-square-foot home includes a "great room, formal living and dining rooms and 5.5 bathrooms" (LATIMES.com, 10/20)....The 5,110-square-foot home in Chicago that Cubs P JAKE ARRIETA had been renting was listed for $1.799M. Built in '15, the house has "five baths and sits on an extra-wide 30-foot lot." Features include a "second laundry room on the top level, smart surround sound, radiant floor heating, millwork, a garage roof deck and a stone patio" (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 10/25)....Former MLBer GARY MATTHEWS JR. has sold his home in Corona Del Mar, Calif., for $3.69M. The 3,000-square-foot home has "panoramic views and access to three private beaches." Matthews bought the house in '07 for $3.05M. The three-bedroom, single story house is "entered alongside a courtyard with a swimming pool." Inside, the home has "sit-down ocean views, a chef's kitchen with a breakfast nook, roomy master retreat and an office" (OCREGISTER.com, 10/21).
