    Colin Kaepernick has "filed a grievance under the CBA" against NFL owners "for collusion," according to Bleacher Report's Mike Freeman. Kaepernick has retained attorney Mark Geragos, who has "represented numerous high profile clients" ( TWITTER.com, 10/15 ).
