PEYTON MANNING on Monday was spotted in Chicago at the Prime & Provisions steakhouse in "deep discussion" about the NFL's national anthem controversy with former U.S. Secretary of State CONDOLEEZZA RICE (NYPOST.com, 10/10). Meanwhile, Manning will "add another accolade to his lengthy resume" when he is inducted as the 33rd Broncos player in the Colorado Sports HOF.
