Buyers & Sellers: Former NFLer Patrick Willis Selling San Jose Home For $5.5M

Former NFLer PATRICK WILLIS is selling his home in San Jose for $5.5M. The Mediterranean-style four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath "spans more than 9,800 square feet on 4.3 acres of land." It features a "game room, theater room, an infinity pool and an outdoor kitchen among many other amenities" (MERCURYNEWS.com, 9/7).

OUT OF THE PARK: Giants 1B BRANDON BELT has sold his Almo, Calif., home for $3.5M. He bought the property in January for $3.45M. Details of the home include a "wraparound porch, vertical siding and overhanging eaves supported by pillars." A "vaulted-ceiling entry, formal living and dining room, a center-island kitchen, five bedrooms and four bathrooms are within the 4,790 square feet of living space in the main house" (LATIMES.com, 9/11).

CLEARANCE PRICE: Fox President of Production JOHN ENTZ sold his Manhattan Beach, Calif., home for $3.21M, or about $200,000 less what he originally listed the home for in June. The five-bedroom and four bathroom home is spread across 3,712 square feet of living space. A Dutch door entry leads to a "two-story great room highlighted by French doors and tall windows." The open floor plan features "hardwood floors, which connect the living room to the kitchen and dining area" (LATIMES.com, 9/13).

: NFL free agent DE PAUL KRUGER purchased a home in Scottdale's Canyon Heights community for $3M. The 7,463-square-foot mansion has four bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. It was recently "remodeled with Venetian plaster, new wooden flooring, new lighting and custom chandeliers throughout" (AZCENTRAL.com, 9/11).....Former NHLer SLAVA VOYNOV sold his home in Rodondo Beach, Calif., for $2.6M. The two-story house has 4,020 square feet of living space that includes "living and dining rooms, an open-plan kitchen, four bedrooms and five bathrooms." A media room, equipped with "five televisions and tiered seating, and a separate 'tequila' room and bar occupy a hidden basement level" (LATIMES.com, 9/13).....Gold Medal-winning U.S. skier LINDSEY VONN purchased a home in California's San Fernando Valley for $2.6M. Measuring 4,064 square feet, there are four bedrooms and five baths in the "contemporary-style home" (TRULIA.com, 9/5)....Titans QB MARCUS MARIOTA purchased a cottage in Kailua, Hawaii, for $2.45M. The four bedroom 3,196-square-foot house features "vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan." Outside, a "separate entertainment cottage sits across the 10,000-square-foot lot" (LATIMES.com, 9/7).
