MLBAM Sees Record August For At Bat App, Breaking 2 Billion Minutes Mark

MLBAM said it has surpassed 2 billion minutes in global consumption in August for its MLB.com At Bat mobile app, a new record for the nine-year-old app and the first time crossing that threshold in any month. The app had 2.03 billion minutes of consumption through Wednesday, according to Adobe Analytics, 8% above its prior high-water mark of 1.88 billion minutes set in July. For the year, MLB.com At Bat has nearly 10 billion minutes of consumption, and is on pace to easily break last year’s record of 10.4 billion minutes.
